My path to being a Technical Recruiter started when I was a Sales Rep selling Telecom services back in 1996. One of my calls was to a small recruiting firm in Foster City, which ended up recruiting me and my life has been recruiting focused since.
While the mechanics of a job search are very basic, its the intricate details that can muddle things up. That's where my experience comes in. One thing I will never do is to send your resume to a client without finding out if you are interested in the opportunity.

Dynamic and Creative Engineer wanted to design/develop new features/functionality for core server side components that will support our customer facing SaaS product.
You will participate in architecture, design, implementation and testing of these features.
We want to see your experience building flexible, extensible, highly scalable, robust, and high performance platform services and components.
The ideal candidate will be proficient and proven in the design and implementation of scalable multi-tenant platform services using a mix of leading, industry standard and emerging technologies.
You will bring your experience in Java-based platform development of an enterprise SaaS product to the team.
Huge Plus for any/all of the following:
*Familiarity with multiple application containers (Tomcat, SpringBoot, JBoss, WebLogic, etc.).
*Implementation experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
*Experience with SAML, oAuth and SSO integration with other SaaS products.
*Exposure on builds and deployments tools like Jenkins/ CI/CD.
*Experience with Agile development methodologies.
*Experience working within a distributed engineering team including offshore.
*Experience in both small and large companies.
*Proven understanding of J2EE technologies with at least 3 years of experiences.
*Production experience with open source frameworks like Spring, Hibernate.
*Hands on experience in building enterprise applications is required.
*Web Services experience in both REST as well as both JSON and XML documents
*Ability to identify the patterns to solve a specific business problem.
*Deep understanding of SQL syntax, nuances and ability to debug stored procedures.
*Proven experience delivering well-structured, well-commented and test-driven code that is easy to maintain.
*Must possess in-depth technical and design expertise. Must demonstrate a sound understanding of performance, scalability, reliability and usability as related to enterprise applications.
*Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams
*Proven track record of delivering software on schedule.
*B.S. in Computer Science or other relevant technical field.
