Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a blend of leadership, business acumen, and technical and marketing experience with a diverse set of experiences in managing the end-to-end marketing technology stack. The person will own defining the systems architecture and technology. While growing the team, this person will need to be hands on as well as manage the team.
In this role, the Global Marketing Technology Leader must bring all the vertically-minded disciplines together and move them toward a digital and integrated paradigm, so they must be able to bring a horizontal purview to the organization and operate across functional silos.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop the strategic vision of our marketing technology stack by aligning technology with business initiatives
* Continuously support and enhance the existing system and solutions
* Actively participate in meetings with the Marketing team and collaborate on the use of marketing technology to achieve goals
* Contribute to company’s evolving Digital Strategy initiative
* Drive day-to-day operations to accomplish business goals
* Build, manage and grow a world-class technology team to support Marketing
* Partner with various teams to:
** Define technical and system requirements, roadmaps, and operational processes
** Analyze and design business processes and technical integrations aligning with marketing objectives
** Define data strategy for the successful and efficient execution of marketing programs
* Lead the assessment of 3rd party solutions from a “buy versus build” perspective and manage the technical aspect of vendor relations
* Document, organize, and manage projects end-to-end and drive successful delivery


* 10+ years of experience in architecting, implementing and customizing business system solutions, leading business processes and technology decisions
* 5+ years of people management experience
* 5+ years of partnering with the marketing organization
* Extensive experience with marketing and lead acquisition as well as marketing automation and technology (i.e. Marketo/Eloqua, Sitecore, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of the technology ecosystem for marketing operations, including solutions used for digital marketing and traditional marketing
* Experience in several full system implementation life-cycles including system analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation
* Experience in managing SaaS business systems as well as on premise solutions

* BS/BA degree in a technical, business or other analytical field required
