My path to being a Technical Recruiter started when I was a Sales Rep selling Telecom services back in 1996. One of my calls was to a small recruiting firm in Foster City, which ended up recruiting me and my life has been recruiting focused since.
While the mechanics of a job search are very basic, its the intricate details that can muddle things up. That's where my experience comes in. One thing I will never do is to send your resume to a client without finding out if you are interested in the opportunity.
I am also a firm believer that if I treat my candidates and clients with respect and professionalism, they will be relationships for life. This is important, as the key to being a successful recruiter is the ability to have candidates feel comfortable about giving their friends as referrals.

Senior full-stack developer with a strong demonstrated experience of delivering enterprise SaaS applications including multiple end-to-end product release cycles.
You should be able to move seamlessly between backend development and frontend development.
*You will work closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React & Redux on the front-end and Java/Python on the backend.
*Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services.
*Build connectors to external systems like ERPs and CRMs using the REST APIs and/or the SDKs.
PLUS for any/all of the following:
*Startup experience desired.
*Experience in administering / using CI tools such as Jenkins is desired.
*5+ years industry experience in a software development role.
*Hands on experience writing REST API's.
*Excellent knowledge of MySQL and other database technologies.
*Experience with Linux based systems Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
*Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other Cloud (Azure)
*Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*BS in Computer Science or related (required), MS in Computer Science or related preferred.
