My path to being a Technical Recruiter started when I was a Sales Rep selling Telecom services back in 1996. One of my calls was to a small recruiting firm in Foster City, which ended up recruiting me and my life has been recruiting focused since.
While the mechanics of a job search are very basic, its the intricate details that can muddle things up. That's where my experience comes in. One thing I will never do is to send your resume to a client without finding out if you are interested in the opportunity.
I am also a firm believer that if I treat my candidates and clients with respect and professionalism, they will be relationships for life. This is important, as the key to being a successful recruiter is the ability to have candidates feel comfortable about giving their friends as referrals.

We are looking for a stellar engineer to contribute to our data integration platform. You should be passionate about building data integration products offered as a SaaS solution. You live and break being able to solve data integration problems at scale, building integrations and Connectors to other SaaS products. You must be passionate about all aspects of data access and movement.
You must love to explore open source code, forums, meetups, vendor resources and other sources.
We look for engineers that believe in Continuous Integration and Deployment as well as a DevOps culture.
Our development team is small; executes quickly and is full of smart engineers from well-respected companies and universities. We look for engineers who are passionate, energetic and fun to work with.
Our environment is a dynamic and agile. You will collaborate daily with peer software engineers and architects, technical writers, QA engineers, product managers and data center operations engineers.
Huge Plus for:
*Previous hands-on experience using or building one of MuleSoft, Composite Objects, Boomi, Tibco, Progress Sonic, or other data integration software.
*Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process.
*Experience working within a distributed engineering team including offshore.
*Proven track record of identifying and championing new technologies that enhance the end-user experience, software quality, and developer productivity.
*Experience in both small and large companies.
*At least 5 years of commercial Java experience with some of it related to data integration.
*Experience with SQL programming, ETL and data models.
*Experience using or building data integration platforms involving ESB, API’s, and connectors for On-Premise and Cloud applications.
*Proven work experience using REST and familiarity with SOAP web services.
*Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery.
*Must possess strong technical and design expertise.
*Must demonstrate a sound understanding of security, performance, scalability, reliability and usability as related to data integration applications.
*Must have a thorough understanding of software development processes including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.
*Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams
*Ability to work closely with technical peers of our partners.
*Proven track record of producing high quality software against plans and schedules that are being met consistently.
