My path to being a Technical Recruiter started when I was a Sales Rep selling Telecom services back in 1996. One of my calls was to a small recruiting firm in Foster City, which ended up recruiting me and my life has been recruiting focused since.
While the mechanics of a job search are very basic, its the intricate details that can muddle things up. That's where my experience comes in. One thing I will never do is to send your resume to a client without finding out if you are interested in the opportunity.
I am also a firm believer that if I treat my candidates and clients with respect and professionalism, they will be relationships for life. This is important, as the key to being a successful recruiter is the ability to have candidates feel comfortable about giving their friends as referrals.

*Exceptional program or project management skills.
*Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
*Experience working with large data sets, performing ETL, parsing data and developing scripts to handle data.
*Able to work with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle etc.
*Possesses a keen analytical mind with attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Expertise in dealing with large enterprise accounts.
*At least 4 – 6 years experience in a customer facing / professional services role at a SaaS company.
*At least 2 – 3 years experience with enterprise level customer facing experience , multiple stakeholders, C Level Execs and End Users.
*Prior experience with project management skills, gathering requirements, setting and managing customer expectations is a must.
*Experience implementing / working with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP and others is a HUGE plus.
*Some development process experience.
*BA/BS degree required, in a scientific, mathematical or technical discipline such as physics, math, economics or engineering
