Client Introduction

We are a leading Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning platform company focused on customer lifetime value management platform that enables marketers to achieve what’s not humanly possible by leveraging machine learning and multi-armed bandit experimentation to automatically optimize every customer interaction and maximize customer lifetime value and loyalty.

Unlike traditional rules-based marketing automation, we have controlled experimentation and machine learning platform dynamically tests 1000’s of permutations to decide and execute the optimal marketing interaction based upon each unique customer and context.

Using our platform, marketers in industries like telecom, banking, and software-as-a-service have seen more than 3% incremental growth in customer revenue and 5x retention benefit, often touching their customers less frequently while delivering great omni-channel customer experiences.

Job Description

As a Senior RSE (Data Science) you will work alongside experienced machine learning scientists with backgrounds from academia and industry, and from diverse areas such as satellite defense systems, transportation intelligence and planning, automated music identification, and computational drug discovery, to develop the artificial intelligence at the core of our Artificial Intelligence Marketing Platform. The cornerstone of our offering is the “AI at the Core” approach to scientific marketing, for which you will provide key components based on both scientific and software best practices. Your work will directly impact both our internal platform, which powers large-scale, exploratory data science, and our production platform, which provides large scale batch processing, real-time decisioning, and analytic insights visualization for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

♦ Work with data scientists to implement and optimize research-grade, machine learning and artificial intelligence software.
♦ Apply your knowledge of high-performance computing to solving hard problems in AI/machine learning applied to marketing technology.
♦ Be the interface between data scientists and software engineers in pushing new AI/machine learning algorithms into our production platform.
♦ Mentor scientists on best practices in scientific software construction, high-performance software optimization, and robust scientific software development; lead by example on excellence.

Experience

♦ 7+ years of software development with a STRONG emphasis on Python and scientific computing; knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data visualization concepts is a plus.
♦ Strong scientific/algorithm development skills
♦ You have demonstrable experience delivering big data solutions using the Hadoop ecosystem of technologies, Java, and Linux system tools.
