We’re developing the most cutting-edge Cloud/SaaS platform that powers more than 600 global brands (3M, Staples, United Airlines, Dell, Guess, Mazda, Oakley and many more) with the ability to predict and anticipate the behaviors of their customers across many device mediums.

Our Software is delivered both on-premise and as a SaaS solution. You will need to understand the operational challenges and work in a cooperative dev-ops model. This includes being part of the design and implementation team for a completely automated cloud-based environment with high availability, distributed redundancy, zero downtime upgrades, etc.

Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic developer who is inspired to play a significant role on a V1 product? You will work within a small Scrum team on a multi-tenant product that is focused on helping our customers focus on their customers. This is an opportunity to work on software that takes advantage of the latest technologies in big data, client-side capabilities and bleeding-edge architecture. You will focus on developing the front-endbrowser-based client while enhancing the backend services in Ruby on Rails and Node.js, implementing meaningful feature enhancements and occasionally redesigning components for higher reliability.

Job Responsibilities

** Produce an elegant, well-designed Rails application, both development of an existing application and support of the application already in production
** Participate in your team’s Agile/Scrum discipline, smoothly interacting with QA, DevOps, and Product Management
** Develops recommendations regarding further definition of development standards and application architecture principles.
** Employ coding standards and participate in code review process
** Work with our world-class automation team and deliver excellent test coverage (including unit testing, assisting in user testing, etc.) to support continuous integration/delivery
• Bring a can-do attitude where you integrate with the company, the company’s goals, the team, and the team’s goals
• Identify opportunities to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Monitor development status, manage issues, and escalate when appropriate


** 3-5 years’ experience developing high-quality web applications with Ruby on Rails or similar framework
** Experience with front-end JS frameworks like JQuery and AngularJS
** Experience with responsive UI and templating
** Experience with Node.js or other event-driven I/O server frameworks
** Experience with designing/building Restful APIs
** Experience with PostgreSQL and relational data design
** Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
** Experience with the Agile process, particularly Scrum

Required Experience

Following Skills are a Plus

** Experience with Angular.js
** Experience with Cassandra
** Experience with functional programming/design

Required Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
