We are looking for Developer Relations (Client side) to build out our developer relations team in North America. As part of the developer relations team, you will be a critical part of making our games successful by helping game teams with on-boarding & integration onto our platform, you will also continuously be supporting and contributing to the evolution the platform based on the learnings from our partners. You will be working in a dynamic environment with active problem solving through collaboration with various teams.
You will be part of a small task force that’s working with our internal and external Tech and Game teams, this will include supporting developers, on-board new game teams to help them integrate our tech, developing new creative solutions, investigate problems reported by game teams and coach fellow developers. Frequent travel on-site to our partners location at critical phases such as initial integration and launch preparations.
You are a fast-learner with a positive attitude and a strong passion for working with new technology and are able to jump into any project to quickly adapt and resolve complex problems.
Specifically, you will work with the SDK / Platform teams to develop and deliver the next killer features for our games and support evolving our publishing platform.
You will be creating strong and long-lasting trust and relationship with our partners. You will be constantly looking at improving the process, and delivering significant impact on improvements, better support process and innovative features based on the customer requests.
