Come make history with a studio that produces one of the top games on Steam and continues to break industry records on consoles and PC! We are searching for self-starters who do well in a fast-paced environment and are able to think outside the box. This is a chance to work on a variety of different things within a small (but stable) studio.
Work with a small team of individuals to proactively find bugs, issues and exploits in the live game.
Coordinate between customer support, community and development teams to analyze, verify and act on bugs, issues and exploits reported by players.
Facilitate communication with non-English speaking Chinese partner teams, helping to analyze and verify Chinese player-submitted bugs, issues and exploits.
Nice to have:
Any shipped title credited as QA Analyst/Game Moderator/Community Support/Customer Service.
Minimum of 1 year cumulative paid game development experience as a QA Analyst or Game Moderator.
Knowledge of QA tools and proficiency using live game admin commands responsibly and effectively to carry out tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese).
