Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the overall vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for our product line. For this role, you will need experience and knowledge of cross-functional leadership, strategy, software user behavior, data/analytics, SaaS, customer feedback, software product development, customer success and the lifecycle phases of concept to at-large-scale.

Your responsibilities include creating and applying narrative-driven vision and positive
customer experiences into products and services, generate multi-billion-dollar growth
and establish a disruptive platform to continue accelerating positive change.

You are a proven leader with equivalent strength, confidence and comfort in directing
dedicated, cross-functional teams and in influencing decisions and outcomes through
relationships and persuasion.

Job Responsibilities


 Creative, visionary, who can manage innovation; is an effective strategist full of
ideas and possibilities; can both create and bring exciting ideas to market; at
ease speculating about alternative futures without all of the data
 Partner with the Customer Success team to document user success journey
across the first 30, 60 and 90 days; identify indicators of usage success and
suitable deliverables to support and correct
 Ability to translate strategy, business requirements, market opportunities and
customer expectations into winning business/product strategies and experiences
across mobile platforms
 Skilled at specifying creative and “sticky” features and/or foundational
knowledge to collaborate with internal experts (UE, designers) and agencies in
the development of software products across multiple form factors and user
experience types
 Track record in holding the vision for and producing software/SaaS products,
launch and ramp to revenue, with continual iterations of increasing value
 Tolerance for ambiguity, thrives in taking risks, highly persistent with a smile,
enthusiasm and passion for innovation
 Organized and resourceful; effective and efficient at aligning and prioritizing a
range of dynamic, interwoven client needs into a cohesive plan
 Experience holding others accountable for commitments/deadlines/deliverables;
fearlessly takes on issues and challenges; comfortable dealing with conflict; deals
promptly and fairly with problem performers; champion of transparency
 Inspires others to perform at a higher level and adopt change; builds motivated,
high-performing teams; understands what motivates different people
 Relatable to a wide variety of diverse styles, types, and classes; embraces
diversity; quick to find common ground; treats differences fairly and equitably

Bonus Points:
 Experience with AR/VR products
 Owned a product line with a $250M+ revenue
 Understanding of principles and use cases for AR/VR apps, including the value of
3D images for the home and products for the home; understanding of how best
to incorporate art, sound, and UX/UI to demonstrate the power of AR/VR
technologies to create an immersive experience across multiple platforms

Required Experience

 6+ years experience in software product management and product line
 Experience with both strategic level decisions on GTM strategy and road map

Required Education

BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent

Preference for MBA
