Job Description

The IT Security Administrator will monitor and manage security tools; address user concerns and security alerts. Assist in threat hunting, log analysis and risk mitigation. Perform phishing tests and educate users on sound security practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and perform monthly phishing tests, track test results and address follow-up inquiries.
• Manage IT Security email box and address user concerns.
• Handle HEAT tickets related to cyber requests.
• Monitor cyber alerts and assist in analyzing security logs and risk mitigation.


• 5+ year experience in end-user support or service
• 3+ year experience in endpoint troubleshooting
• Knowledge and experience in, computing including Wyse is preferred
• Knowledge in security tools -- Sophos, Forcepoint Web Filter, Palo Alto Firewall, Splunk, Symantec, MobileIron, McAfee DLP, Network Scanning/Security Assessment Tools is a plus
• Other Skills Required: Must possess excellent problem-solving, communication, critical-thinking skills. Independence, detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable and be responsible.
• Working Conditions: Office environment; sitting at a desk and working at the computer. On-call and after-hours support is required
• Studied computer science, information technology or cybersecurity in an accredited university.
