This Cloud Security Architect role will be a key Information Security representative in the Mainframe Modernization program. This role will review architectures for services as they prepare to migrate from a mainframe to AWS. This role will assess the risk and offer suggestions for remediation, including design changes or security technologies.
What Part Will You Play?
Work across all the mainframe modernization project scrum/flex teams.
Review services as each Scrum/Flex team prepares to migrate them from the mainframe to AWS.
Perform security assessments on each service, taking into consideration corporate security standards, PCI requirements, and AWS best practices.
Define new security standards for new services as required, and share them with the rest of the Cloud Security team.
5 years AWS, 5+ years application or infrastructure architecture
Must have AWS Experience, CI/CD/GitOps experience (Jenkins, Terraform)
Experience defining security standards for use by multiple teams.
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
