Job Description



We’re immediately interviewing for an Experienced Staffing/Consulting Sales Executive – Several Territories Available (Seattle, Northern California, Southern California, and Phoenix) office who’ll be closely aligned with our Recruitment Delivery Team, and most importantly our incredible Clientele.

Job Responsibilities



In this role, your responsibilities will be aligned closely with three important initiatives:

{Hunting} In this position you'll be responsible for hunting new sales/business development opportunities within mid-market Software Engineering and Information Technology organizations.

{Expanding} In this position you will be responsible for identifying new leads, oftentimes reaching out cold, and establishing new partnerships and business opportunities within the existing clientele. You will be helping us to expand our market share within existing clients by expanding relationships with existing, but also developing new relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, MSP Program Managers, and other decision-makers.

{Managing} In this position you will be responsible for managing the interaction, workflow, and following-up (the entire delivery funnel) that exists between our clients and the recruitment delivery team(s).

{Administrating} You will be responsible for responding to issues, questions, and concerns from our clientele, new business development team, and recruitment delivery teams, effectively resolving issues and situations and escalating when appropriate.

{Satisfying} With a close partnership with our new business development team, you will be responsible for delighting our clientele and making sure that we exceed expectations at all times.


Experience



• Incredibly strong communication, this is non-negotiable.

• Extraverted, outgoing, consultative, personality.

• An established track record of performing at above-average levels in education, past and current employment.

• Competitive sports or extracurricular activities - we look for the overachievers.

• Ability to balance high expectations for team performance with a fun company culture.

• Strong interest in IT, Product, and Software Engineering technologies.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and the need to win.


Required Experience



• You love sales, you identify as a hunter versus exclusively a farmer.

• You have experience already selling Staffing or IT/Engineering Services.

• You have potentially a book of business to bring with you.

• You understand terms such as weekly run-rate, quota attaintment, redeployment, etc


Required Education



• Bachelor's or equivalent experience - we look for drive, intelligence, and passion and those traits come from a variety of backgrounds.
