Our client, an industry-leading fleet vehicle and asset tracking SaaS provider, is looking for a UX Designer responsible for crafting easy-to-use and delightful product experiences.
This User Experience Designer will partner with product management and engineering teams to innovate and deliver features and capabilities across the company platform, while maintaining the integrity of the brand and improving the cohesion of user experience.
As a UX Designer on the Product team, you will have a significant role in designing the user experience for the next generation of customer-facing applications, while ensuring continual value is provided, stability, and an excellent experience to customers as the product evolves and scales rapidly.
You will be responsible for both Web & Mobile Product Design.
o Champion the voice of the customer
o Craft simplistic and delightful product experiences
o Help build and enhance the B2B SaaS application
o Design mobile product experiences for iOS and Android
o Collaborate with fellow designers and stakeholders for unified team and product vision
o Advance the vision for company products and services
o Be willing and able to adapt
o Demonstrated command of product impact
o Product, Mobile (iOS and Android), Interaction, Interface, Visual design experience
o Familiarity with design & prototyping software, e.g. Figma, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, UXPin
o Experience working in an Agile environment
o Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
o Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
o Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS experience
- Full-stack designer: Foundation in User Experience, User Interface, Interaction design, front-end dev (at least know general limitations and patterns)
- Experience working with JIRA
B.A. / B.S. in Design related field
3-5 years of experience
equivalent foundation of design fundamentals (I.e. Accredited design certificate and 7+ years strong, self-taught efforts)
