We’re searching for an experienced Sales Account Executive (a real hunter, versus farmer) for several West Coast territories, including Seattle and Northern California (San Francisco). You will leverage your enterprise sales skills and technical domain knowledge to expand our brand and clientele - specifically targeting larger companies in the Fortune 500 and smaller disruptive start-ups.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
** Manage and sell to a defined geographic territory of enterprise clients on our sales team.
** Assume overall responsibility for the development, maintenance and proliferation within accounts.
** Identify, establish and build high-level, and mutually profitable relationships within selectively targeted enterprise (Fortune 500) organizations.
** Help to design and implement sales and marketing tools. You’ll have a hand in our overall branding and positioning. You won’t be just another individual contrib, we’re looking for someone with more visibility.
WHAT ARE THE NEGOTIABLE NICE TO HAVES FOR THIS ROLE:
** Experience in partnering and managing vendor management systems.
** Experience in the staffing (contingent workforce) industry or experience selling technical services/consulting.
** Experience with writing RFPs and SOWs.
** Contract drafting and execution.
** Willingness to travel out of state to client locations.
** Experience selling into larger enterprise (Fortune 500) companies, dealing with vendor lists, PO/SOW selling, etc.
WHAT ARE THE NON-NEGOTIABLE MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE:
** Sales and Telesales in a high volume cold-calling environment is absolutely required. If you are afraid to cold-call this position is NOT right for you.
** Must have OUTSTANDING written and oral communications skills. In this position you will be communicating with highly educated and respected professionals and its a must to carry an intelligent and informed conversation. You will be documenting every detail of each conversation(s) so good spelling and grammar are required.
** Must understand the differences between a relationship-driven business and a transactional business - we're a relationship-driven business.
** Must exhibit a strong work ethic at all times. No entitlement mentality here. You must be willing to work as long and hard as necessary to achieve your goals and excellence.
** Relentless self-starter who requires little management or oversight. Someone who is autonomous, picks things up quickly and demonstrates a high-level of common sense and problem solving abilities.
** Competitive. The desire to be #1 but the maturity and professionalism to handle being #2 when it happens.
