(Thats right, we are helping to build HTC, Pandora and the company who brought -Call of Duty- to living rooms across the world).

High-tech is hot. Its one of the few industries or segments that isnt adversely affected by cyclical economic downturns and is expanding globally with US dominance. As of Q4/2010 Information Technology job postings have increased 62% since this time last year (November 2009).

Job Responsibilities

* This is an entry level position.

* Coordinating interviews for the candidates and clients we represent with speed and efficiency.

* Maintain our applicant tracking system in ensuring information is up-to-date.

* Leverage Social Media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.

* Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team.

* Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate employees within the company.

* Must have own transportation and willing to run light errands from time-to-time for the company executives.


Required Experience

* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.

* Proficient in using Outlook or other calendar tool.

* High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset.

* Excellent people skills but not afraid of paper- or detail-oriented work.

* Desire to learn more about recruiting.

Required Education

* College degree preferred but not required. Being curious, smart and ambitious/driven is an acceptable alternative to having a College degree.
