Job Description



The IT Program Manager will gather and document information across several business verticals throughout the supply chain, create the execution plan by working closely with other colleagues (architecture, service engineering, engineering leads, and vertically aligned technical program managers), and manage key deliverables along the entire lifecycle of our platform programs.

This person will also create comprehensive understanding of the data available in source systems to support specific business needs. A passion for data and its power to drive the enterprise is a necessity for success. The ideal candidate would possess a strong background in data analysis, data quality, data governance and requirements engineering, as well as proven success in fostering productive cross-functional working relationships. Understanding database design, SQL analysis, and ETL processes is preferred. This individual will also be responsible for setting and monitoring the appropriate performance metrics to ensure that our solutions deliver business value at launch and in production.


Job Responsibilities



** Manage relationships with business stakeholders.

** Collect, evaluate and interpret end-user information requirements, and appropriately influence technical solutions.

** Coordinate and evaluate user acceptance testing and adoption of new information solutions by the end users.

** Communicate with several different teams to define delivery of new requirements.

** Exhibit leadership by motivating and driving others to be successful.

** Evaluate, monitor and define data quality for source data.


Experience





Required Experience



** Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.

** Ability to effectively share ideas/concepts with both technical and non-technical individuals.

** Minimum 5 years previous professional experience in IT Operations and/or Program Management.

** Strong experience analyzing source system data and developing data transformation scenarios.

** Strong technical background, including experience with Teradata.

** Proficiency writing SQL and T-SQL queries.

** Experience with data modeling, informatica data quality, master data management and agile scrum projects.

** Superb organizational skills.

** Acute attention to detail.


Required Education



** BS/MS Preferred, Some College Is Acceptable.
