Job Description



The Network Administrator will provide both server and desktop technical support to all users and maintain all servers, routers, phones, printers, faxes, and copy machines. The Network Administrator also assists in computer network planning, maintenance, operation, and general administration.

Job Responsibilities



** Collaborate with other members of the Network Engineering Team.

** Administer computing assistance to users across several departments including, but not limited to, servers, printers, desktop computers, firewalls, phones, routers, smartphones, and other related devices.

** Assist in developing and implementing new technology initiatives.

** Troubleshoot any network issues.

** Ensure date integrity by completing schedules ongoing backups.

** Professionally interact with several individuals ranging from potential clients to senior executives.


Experience





Required Experience



** Minimum 4 years job experience in a related field with hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.

** Ability to communicate complex technical information to individuals across nontechnical organizations.

** Superb communication skills – both written and verbal.

** Ability to continue working well under pressure.

** Adept at reading and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.

** Ability to work well with a team.

** Very driven and self-motivated.


Required Education



** BS/MS Preferred, Some College Is Acceptable.
