Job Description



The technical project manager's responsibility is to plan activities and to make sure that they are carried through with the best quality. They must also report to management with details describing each project.

Job Responsibilities



** Solve problems by communicating with the team.

** Records, budgets, and plans each project.

** Completes projects on time and effectively.

** Communicate across several teams and platforms to facilitate planning.

** Monitor timelines and motivate team to ensure deadlines are met.

** Interact well with everyone on the team from designers to marketers to senior executives.

** Multitask and prioritize new projects as they come in.


Experience





Required Experience



** 3+ years as a project manager.

** Experience with testing or development.

** Superb communication skills – both written and verbal.

** Ability to relate and communicate professionally with customers.

** Ability to take project and business requirements and break them down into easy to understand technical specifications.

** Experience leading Scrum teams.

** Confident in self and able to make presentations.

** Strong curiosity and and basic understanding about technology.


Required Education



** BS/MS Preferred, Some College Is Acceptable.
